Senior Digital Marketing PM · AI Architect · 1.2 Billion+ Video Views
Senior Project Manager @ Marvel Marketers, leading enterprise delivery for Google, Adobe, Databricks, and additional Fortune 100 clients. AI Architect on the side, with a track record of producing content that's reached over 1.2 billion video views.
Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager at Marvel Marketers, an award-winning global agency serving Fortune 100 companies. Sole PM for the entire organisation since 2025, managing the equivalent workload of four project managers.
Have managed up to 35+ team members across 20+ concurrent client accounts, covering domestic and international initiatives with project budgets ranging from $20K to $2.5M. As the sole PM for Marvel Marketers since 2025, holding full responsibility for strategic resource allocation and comprehensive portfolio management across all time & material, fixed fee, and internal projects, delivering the capacity of four project managers simultaneously.
Driving back-to-back development cycles for Google Japan's flagship event, established an interactive card-selection model in 2023. In 2024 expanded to 130+ sessions across 27 filter options, backed by a robust 4-phase project plan spanning 600+ due-date tasks, including an executive-summary/SLA/phases structure the primary Tokyo stakeholder specifically praised for its clarity. Coordinated across USA, Japan, India, and Singapore, plus late-night Tokyo working sessions to sync external server integrations. Delivered automated individualized QR vouchers that dynamically update if attendees change session selections on-site.
Governed a 12-person global event team, overseeing both capacity planning and complex budget reconciliation for landing pages and emails across in-person and virtual events. The team delivered 111 programs and 314 change requests in a single quarter (Jul–Oct 2024), averaging a 1.72-day turnaround against a 6-day SLA. Reconciled a mixed prebilled/credits budget to project accurate remaining hours. Also assisted the GOC transition covering both the Mandiant and Google NEXT engagements: coordinating documentation handoff to Google's internal team, attending shadow and stakeholder sessions, and maintaining separation of Marvel's proprietary internal documentation throughout.
Stepping into a critical leadership void with just one week's notice, I took over Agentic SOC, one of Google Security's global event series, after a departing employee's exit, ahead of the first event. Managed full logistics across 6 key target North American cities over a 2-week period: NYC, LA, Dallas, Chicago, San Francisco, and Toronto. Handled guests, presenters, catering, audio/video, and custom HTML email invitations. Personally assisted on-site for the Los Angeles event.
Contributed to the design, feedback, documentation, and UAT for a new AI-driven system approving official Google Partner marketing credits within the Google ecosystem. Assisted with Google's new AI agent co-marketing credits feature, providing design input, feedback, and UAT testing across development cycles.
Tasked with solving a persistent, high-stakes billing discrepancy between internal and client-side platforms, I engineered a custom reconciliation process requiring minute-and-day accuracy. Implemented an enhanced tracking system that now exceeds Adobe's own system for precision, delivering faster transparency and accuracy across both organizational platforms.
Coordinating a massive communication infrastructure for Google NEXT's 2024 global summit series, I owned capacity and budget for email operations across 60 in-person and 15 digital summits. Tracked SLA adherence and delivered 115+ emails against a 14M+ global audience across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and NorAm regions. Individual summits like Gemini @ Work delivered 30M+ emails; Security Summit delivered 7M+.
To optimize workflows for a 6+ person team within Google Marketing - Australia/New Zealand, I completely overhauled their project intake and capacity planning frameworks. This included weekly stakeholder progress reporting, pulse-checks on team health, and a redesigned project plan for the retail team that consolidated marketing requests with requirements, deadlines, and per-person capacity visibility. This restructured intake let managers spot over-capacity signals early and reallocate before deadlines slipped.
Bridging the gap between high-level client strategy and hands-on media production, I led a team delivering 15 deliverables in a single quarter: campaign standardization, funnel analysis, seed marketing, and platform/customer/app/SEO audits. Pitched a new subscription donation model that the client implemented immediately into their official operating procedures. Also led training workshops on video production and viral content, and a social media advertising strategy session drawing on experience managing 6+ client ad accounts. Developed 20+ PR stunt concepts, 20+ guerrilla marketing concepts, and 12+ AI-driven video concepts spanning storyboard direction, messaging angles, and platform-specific formats.
As the operational anchor for Zoom's global event marketing program, I controlled capacity forecasting management for virtual and in-person activations across the US and India from March 2023 to May 2024. Tracked SLA adherence across 1,470+ completed tasks, driving 409K+ event registrations and 186K+ leads generated. Maintained exceptional turnaround throughout, with the majority of tasks completed in 1–2 days against a 5-day SLA requirement.
Built a self-contained Python tool to re-enrich stale contact databases at scale, cross-referencing outdated leads against current web and LinkedIn data to surface each contact's present company, title, and profile link. Processes leads in controlled batches with resumable checkpoints, turning a manual research task into an automated pipeline for the sales and outreach team.
Designed and built a Gemini-powered editorial assistant for Marvel Marketers' blog team: auditing drafts against brand voice, structure, and SEO standards, fact-checking claims in real time via live Google Search grounding, and generating ready-to-publish social copy and meta descriptions. Pitched to leadership as a 2-week pilot with zero external data retention, keeping the human editor as final decision-maker on every post.
Directed strategy, execution, and maintenance of all B2C and B2B digital and social media marketing for 6 global clients with individual budgets exceeding $250K. Managed 15+ employees in the USA and abroad. Oversaw 500+ projects from conception to publication in 2021–2022. Reduced 40% of internal costs through resource reorganization and boosted a client's social impressions from 1–2% to 10–14%.
Independently designing and building next-generation AI systems, from multi-agent narrative engines to commercial media pipelines. Every system runs entirely on local hardware with zero paid API or token costs: no cloud dependency, no per-use fees.
Engineered a multi-agent, interactive narrative system driven by locally hosted LLMs running on self-owned hardware with zero paid token costs. Designed distinct behavioral logic frameworks allowing multilingual (English, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese) digital personas to autonomously interact with each other and respond dynamically to real-time audience engagement in a live-broadcast format.
Architected a high-velocity digital asset pipeline capable of producing photorealistic, commercial-grade content at scale, running entirely on local hardware with no per-image API costs. Optimized hardware-level rendering via Stable Diffusion and ComfyUI to reduce traditional media production costs and time-to-market by over 85%.
Expanding into persona-driven conversational AI, deploying locally hosted text interfaces on self-owned hardware, integrated with custom neural text-to-speech synthesis via GPT-SoVITS at zero token cost, enabling highly personalized, voice-embodied user experiences at production scale. Independently developing and educating on these techniques as an active practitioner.
Built and deployed a bilingual (English/Japanese) chat interface system hosting independent characters with defined, persistent personalities and real-time voice-to-speech output, serving users across the globe in both text and voice simultaneously. Runs entirely on self-owned local hardware with zero token expenditure, accommodating up to 1,000 users per month and generating 3 personalized AI images per user daily, with no third-party cloud dependency.
